A prominent Texas veterinarian accused of hiring a hitman to kill her ex-husband killed herself on Monday morning by jumping from her condominium.
Valerie Busick McDaniel was arrested in early March after being caught in an elaborate police sting paying an undercover officer posing as a hitman, $20,000 and two Cartier watches.
McDaniel, 48, and her boyfriend, Leon Jacob allegedly conspired together to have both their ex-partners murdered and were both arrested after the undercover officer duped them both.
