TRUMP DOOM: Hope Hicks, 28, Named New White House Communications Director

President Trump has reportedly offered the position of White House communications director to one of his youngest staffers. Hope Hicks, 28, who served as Trump's press secretary during the campaign, has accepted the position, according to a White House insider who spoke to the Daily Caller. However, the New York Times reports that Hicks will only serve as an interim communications director, as the president continues to search for a more permanent candidate. Nonetheless, Hicks will still be the youngest person in history to take the job, which was first created under President Nixon in 1969. Hicks replaces Anthony Scaramucci, who lasted just 10 days.
